ReplyDeleteIn doing further research on the Frank Jenner story it became apparent that there were some descriptive and factual inaccuracies in the recording which has been circulating on the internet.
The team at Personal Tract have been working closely with Dr. Raymond Wilson who has written a book called Jenner of George Street. We have used this book as the basis for re-writing the story of Frank Jenner which Dave Smethurst has kindly re-recorded. Together with new pictures of Frank Jenner and other high quality images, we are now able to release "The True Story of Frank Jenner".

The second serviceman referred to in the film was Noel Stanton, who went on to found the Jesus Army in the UK (see www.jesus.org.uk/ja/ja_noel_stanton.shtml). How amazing that so many men of God were first brought to faith through Frank Jenner!
ReplyDeleteI have used the Frank Jenner story numerous times as I have taught evangelism to others. It has stirred the hearts of many to also become witnesses for Christ. May God raise up a mighty army of soul winners for his kingdom.
